hey guys this is week 9 of my genuis hour !! for this week week i was more consistent . i was also working out with my friend hannah . me and hannah hit arms and some legs this week . we rode our bikes to the gym to get some cardio before our workout . since i barely do cardio lol
On the past 2 weeks its been a struggle , i started to work out more at home and do cardio on the oculus , i make sure i get movement in , but i havnt been lifting a lot and thats my issue . i also got a new job and it threw me off a lot because i work 4 days a week and i used to go on saturdays but i work on saturdays and when i get off work the gym is closed . so then i get stuck but i still make sure i still do weights at home
Hey guys ! This is week 5 of my genius hour project , i only went 2 times this week. But i was making sure i have been still eating good and also i haven´t been drinking dairy because it just makes me feel good and helps with my skin a lot . I feel like doing this will get my clear my skin and i have been consistant with it. I will post what im eating on the presentation
ive been working on my mental health too. but still i have up and downs . i make sure my homework gets completed and catch upon assignments Week 4 of this project i have been not going to the gym that often i have been going only 3 times this week.
but i have been making progress i have been getting stronger on my weighted squats too i finally hit 175 lbs on squats . Even though i dont think i had the right form but next week imma try and get the right from so i can be a correct PR. also on my eating , i have been doing better and i have been resarching more about protien and discovering how much my body needs ! i , i just really need to catch up on my water intake lol. Tuesday- Chest and shoulders and tri: 3X8 bench press , 3x8 incline bench press , pushups (didnt count the reps.) and 3x12 triceps pull down . Wednesday- glutes and hamstrings : 3x10 hipthurst , 2x10 BSS, 3x8 weighted squats , 2x15 hamstring curls, 4x10 RDLS. Saturday- glutes and quads: 3x10 inclined goblet squats ,3x12 leg press , 3x8 weighted squats , 2x12 lunges I couldnt really go to the gym a lot this week because i have been busy , but my goal is to go more and hit more arm days . Also i mental health is like a rollar coaster right now , to fix that im going to have more time for my self and do more self care . hey guys this is week 3 of my project ! i took a lot of breaks at first because of my soreness but now i feel so much better. also i have been feeling more confedint at the gym because i used to be so nervous thinking people are looking at me and judging me but now i just learned that its just my anxiety and that its all just in my head . i have doing better on my form which is an impact of why i having more confedence at the gym
I am going to post my workouts for this week also this time im going to put the days i worked out on that week
after being consistant it makes me feel so much better and makes me feel really diciplined Hey everyone , this is my week 2 blog ! i am a little late but i needed to catch up since i just published my website not to long ago ! On my blogs i am going to type out my workouts ive been doing so heres my workout for this week :
not even going to lie i was so sore lol , those BSS was a killer but i will be doing those on leg day every time , next on my blog post i will be hitting arms . i cant wait to see my progress through out this journey!
Also i have been working on my mental health too! i have been making sure ive been turning in my work on time and making sure ive been doing everything im supposed to be doing , the workouts have not only impacted my physical journey but also impacted my mental journey! it has been making me feel better about myself and it has been giving me lots of energy and has been raising my confidence ! For my Genius Hour project i will be getting mentally and physically stronger , i will be taking pictures and tracking the exercises i do every week . My goal is to see a change in my mindset and see a change within my self as a person and see a change with my body ! How I am going to prepare for this is that i will be strength training 3x a week and see if i can lift heavier and heavier . Also for my mental health i will make sure i keep up with my homework and be sure to stay organized through my daily life!
